JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains oversight of status for toolings and materials
• Upkeeps calibration & maintenance schedules in main database
• Ensures maintenance are kept up to date and does not exceed the expiry dates
• Assists to follow up with Operation Units and vendors on requirements and maintenance status of toolings and equipment
• Perform regular stock taking in parts to ensure inventory integrity

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Words
• Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
• Experience in tooling management
• Able to carry Bulky items up to 10kg
• Possession of forklift license will be an advantage
• Able to work on 12 hours shift roster, including weekends and public holidays
