The Work-Study Programme (Cabin Maintenance) is a 12-month specialized programme uniquely offered by Singapore Aero Support Services (SASS) in collaboration with Temasek Polytechnic and SIA Engineering Company.
Candidates will attend 3-months of classroom lessons at Temasek Polytechnic to complete 2 modular certificates (MCs), which can be counted toward the requirements to attain a part-time Diploma in Engineering (Aerospace). Subsequently, candidates will undergo a comprehensive classroom and practical training programme at SIA Engineering Company’s Training Academy. At the end of the WSP, you can look forward to attaining Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) and specialized skills in aircraft cabin modification, retrofitting and component repair.
Upon graduation, you will be appointed an a Cabin Technician with SASS, where you can look forward to an exciting and rewarding career in specialized cabin maintenance services on the latest aircraft types for some of the top airlines worldwide.
Participants can choose to undertake the remaining 3 MCs from Temasek Polytechnic to be awarded a Diploma in Engineering (Aerospace).
You will be fully sponsored for the training programme. Additionally, you will also receive a monthly training allowance, as well as attractive incentive payments upon successful completion of programme.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Singapore Citizen
- Completed National Service (NS)
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in relevant Engineering disciplines
- Medically and physically fit
